PRICING: Pricing
is as specified unless you are an automotive parts & service business that
has qualified for our Dealer Discount Program. (See instructions below to
join our Dealer Progam.) Published prices do not include the reasonable costs
of shipping and handling. Sales taxes will be added for Arizona residents
only (currently Phoenix, AZ sales tax is 8.3%). HOW TO BECOME A SPORT
TRUCK DEALER: To qualify for this additional 10% Dealer Discount off
of our already low mail order (jobber) pricing, please fax a copy of your business
or sales tax license to (623) 398-3988. Dealers purchasing $1500.00 or more
(at jobber) of STD products in any 90-day period qualify for a 15% Mega-Discount
from that point forward (billet wheels are not included in the 15% Mega-Discount
Program). SHIPPING TERMS: All
orders are shipped after being pre-paid by either MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
American Express, Company Check, or Money Order. COD orders are only accepted
from businesses issuing us a Purchase Order (see below). Sport Truck Direct generally
ships Fedex (Federal Express) or UPS (United Parcel Service) unless special arrangements
have been made in advance for another carrier. All hoods and bed lids are shipped
via commercial freight lines and must be delivered to a commercial address to
avoid a residential delivery surcharge ($50.00 - $80.00, depending on the manufacturer).
Any commercial address provided by a customer for a commercial freight shipment
which falsely turns out to be a residential address will incur the residential
delivery surcharge which is immediately billable to the credit card used in the
transaction. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders including
Canada are not available through our website. For those ordering from other than
the United States, please call us at (623) 398-3980 for an order total including
shipping. Then, obtain an international money order from your bank for the proper

ORDER REQUIREMENTS: COD orders are only applicable to businesses and are not
available to private parties. First-time COD orders require a signed Purchase
Order (PO) be faxed to our sales office at (623) 398-3988 prior to shipment.
Please indicate year, make, model, engine size, regular / extended / crew
cab, amount of drop, fleetside/stepside, etc. as required for each group of parts
on the PO. The PO must be signed by an authorized purchaser at your business
location, insuring payment by Money Order on first order and Company Check
thereafter. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders cancelled prior to shipment
from our Arizona warehouse are subject to a $10.00 cancellation processing fee.
Orders already shipped from our warehouse or drop-shipped from the manfuacturer
may not be cancelled. In addition, orders for custom billet wheels and bed lids
are non-cancellable. In the event of a cancellation of all or part of an order
that originally received an "Instant Rebate," "Free Shipping,"
or "Reduced Shipping", where such promotional offering required a minimum
purchase, and the value of the order after such cancellation does not meet this
minimum purchase price, the new reduced value of the order shall determine whether
such promotions apply to the remainder of the order, the amout refunded will be
made based on the normal price of the order and/or shipping fees. CLAIMS:
Claims for shortages or shipment errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt
of goods and will be corrected by shipping new parts at the same service level
as the original shipment. Shipping and re-stocking fees associated with errors
made by the ordering party or as a result of providing incomplete or innacurate
information at the time of order shall remain the responsibility of the ordering
party. Claims for shipping damage or losses must also be made within 48 hours
of receipt. Claims can be made by calling (623) 398-3980. In addition, any
significant exterior damage to a parcel apparently caused in shipment by Federal
Express or United Parcel Service should be noted with the Fedex or UPS driver
or by immediately contacting Fedex at 1-800-GO-FEDEX or UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
Hoods and bed lids shipped by a commercial freight line must be inspected by the
customer for damage before signing for the shipment. In the event of shipping
damage to a hood or bed lid, the customer must not accept delivery, but instead
refuse the shipment so that it is returned to the shipper where a freight claim
against the trucking company will pay for a new unit to be shipped in replacement
of the damaged item. RETURNS OR PARTIAL ORDER CANCELLATIONS: In
the rare occasion where it is necessary to return new, unused goods in saleable
condition, permission must be obtained in advance by calling (623) 398-3980 for
a Returned Goods Authorization # (RGA#). This RGA# must be clearly written below
the shipping label on the parcel being returned. Requests for an RGA # to return
non-warranty items must be made within 30 days of purchase in order to qualify
for a refund. Requests for the return of non-warranty items that have been installed,
painted, modified or damaged will be refused. All refunds on non-warranty returns
are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and are made exclusive of original shipping
and return shipping charges. Shipping and re-stocking fees associated with errors
made by the ordering party or as a result of providing incomplete or innacurate
information at the time of order shall remain the responsibility of the ordering
party. Refunds on non-warranty returns which were originally shipped at no charge
or at a reduced charge by Sport Truck Direct under a "Free Shipping"
or "Reduced Shipping" promotion will be reduced by the amount of the
standard shipping charges. Likewise, refunds on non-warranty returns which originally
received an "Instant Rebate," "Free Shipping," or "Reduced
Shipping" will be reduced by the amount of the promotional offering originally
provided. "Special-order" items are subject to a double re-stocking
fee. No returns are allowed on made-to-order billet wheels, bed lids, or electrical
items. Any non-warranty goods that are received in other than new, saleable condition
will be refused credit and returned at the customer's expense or assessed a multiple
re-stocking fee towards store credit at the option of Sport Truck Direct. The
cost of shipping any and all item(s) being returned, is the responsibility of
the party making the return. Manufacturers warranties do not include the cost
of return shipping. Returns made freight collect or lacking an RGA# will be refused.

All products offered by Sport Truck Direct are warranted against defects in material
and workmanship by the respective manufacturer. Any painting, alteration or improper
use of these products voids the applicable warranty. At the option of STD or the
manufacturer, we will replace or provide store credit for any defective merchandise.
These warranties specifically exclude labor charges, return shipping costs, and/or
other consequential expenses. RETURNED COMPANY CHECKS: Order paids
by company check where the check is returned by the bank for "non-sufficient
funds, etc." will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. This includes cases
where either the check is replaced with another check or payment method, or when
it is required that the check be "re-submitted" to the bank for payment.
